Pelza helps users record and organize personal expense information. The app may process account details, user-entered transaction text, receipt metadata, and subscription status to provide login, synchronization, AI parsing, and account features.
Receipt images are intended to remain local to the user device unless a user explicitly submits content for parsing. Server-side processing avoids storing original receipt image bytes as a permanent record.
Pelza uses third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, transactional email, AI parsing, and Apple purchase verification. These providers are used only to operate product features requested by the user.
Users can request account deletion in the app. Deleting an account removes cloud account data managed by Pelza, while Apple subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds remain managed by Apple.
