These terms apply to your use of Pelza, an AI expense tracking app for recording and organizing personal spending.

Use of Pelza

Pelza helps you record expenses by text, voice, receipt photos, bills, and handwritten notes. You are responsible for the content you submit and for using the app in compliance with applicable laws.

AI recognition can be wrong

AI recognition, OCR, speech recognition, categorization, currency detection, merchant extraction, and date parsing may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You must review and confirm the amount, currency, category, merchant, date, and notes before saving or relying on an expense record.

No financial, tax, or legal advice

Pelza is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice.

Subscriptions

Pelza Pro is sold through Apple in-app purchases. Prices shown in the app and App Store are controlled by Apple and may vary by region and tax. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. In Pelza, open Profile > Plan management and tap Purchased already? Restore to sync an active Apple subscription back to your Pelza account.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel Pro from Apple subscriptions in iOS Settings or the App Store account page. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Deleting your Pelza account does not cancel or refund an Apple subscription.

Service availability

Pelza may depend on network access, Apple services, AI providers, Resend transactional email delivery, cloud hosting, exchange-rate services, and speech or OCR providers. Features may be unavailable, slow, or fail. When AI recognition fails, you can still enter records manually where available.

Data and account deletion

You can delete local data from Profile > Privacy & security > Delete local data. You can delete your cloud account from Profile > Account settings > Delete account. See the Data Deletion page for details.

Changes

We may update Pelza or these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
