Common questions

Do I need to connect my bank?

No. Pelza records expenses without bank login or bank account connection.

Where is my data stored?

Local records stay on your device by default. AI recognition and cloud features may process selected content through Pelza and relevant service providers.

Can AI recognition make mistakes?

Yes. Always review the amount, date, currency, merchant, and category before saving.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile > Account settings > Delete account.

How do I delete local data?

Open Profile > Privacy & security > Delete local data.

How do I restore purchase?

Open Profile > Plan management, then tap Purchased already? Restore while signed in.

How do I cancel Pro?

Cancel from Apple subscriptions in iOS Settings or your App Store account page.

What if email codes do not arrive?

Check the email address, spam folder, and network. If codes still fail, contact support.
